Easy, Secure Video Consultations
During the Covid-19 pandemic, our team are available for consultations by video call. Your consultation will be conducted via PhysiApp - using your mobile, tablet or computer.
PhysiApp is a safe, secure and easy video calling platform that allows your physiotherapist or hand therapist to connect with you for a video consultation (Telehealth).
If you don't have access to a device, just give us a call and we can arrange a phone consultation for you instead.
How will my PhysiApp consultation work?
At the time of your appointment, you will receive an emailed link from your clinician to begin your session. The link will come via the email address you have provided us (check your junk mail if you cannot find it).
Click on the link. You will be directed to PhysiApp and connected with your clinician. Alternatively, login at https://www.physiapp.com/ using the 6-letter access code supplied in the email.
