Amy is a Registered Massage Therapist based at our Hillcrest and Morrinsville Clinics.

Amy’s philosophy revolves around providing fully customised massage, tailoring each massage to meet your individual needs and preferences. Whether that be increased flexibility, sports recovery, pain-relief or purely just for rejuvenation. Amy can offer targeted massage therapy, including sports massage, deep tissue massage and trigger pointing.

Coming from a sporting background, Amy has a strong interest in athletes who are looking to minimise physical restraints and maximise function and performance. Amy’s goal is for you to be able to train harder and recover faster.

How long should I book for?

We offer three different massage consultation durations for you to choose from – 30 minutes, 45 minutes and 60 minutes.

  • 30 minutes – Suitable when you have a small area of your body needs attention, such as tight calves or a release of neck and shoulders.

  • 45 minutes – It’s perfect for a treatment covering either your upper or lower body. This allows a good amount of time to warm up your muscles to achieve a better, longer lasting release.

  • 60 minutes – Our most popular option. Suitable for clients wanting a full body massage, or someone with injuries or several areas worked on thoroughly.

For your first massage visit, we highly recommended a 60 minute consultation. This allows time for us to discuss your health and history and understand what you needs are. After your first massage, we can discuss what is the most suitable booking for your follow-up sessions.
